National Trails Day Sat. June 4th
What: Gentle trail walk on National Trails Day
When: Saturday June 4th
Time: 2:30pm for about 1 hour or less
Location: Lake Auburn Community Center (LACC) 115 North Auburn Rd . Auburn, ME
We will follow trail and see historical locations and other points of interest. Following the trail walk we’ll relax and enjoy refreshments. People are encouraged to bring picnics and such. LACC offers lots of other fun, so stay and enjoy the late afternoon. Help Support LACC by donating your returnable bottles!
June 4, 2016 is American Hiking Society’s National Trails Day®, the country’s largest celebration of trails. National Trails Day events will take place in every state across the country and will include hikes, biking and horseback rides, paddling trips, birdwatching, geocaching, gear demonstrations, stewardship projects and more.
